Identity check
Ensure the applicant is who they say they are and reduce leasing fraud. Applicants must provide a valid persons’ age 18 years and older that will be living in the apartment.
Credit check
The average FICO score for our resident is 720+. Ideal renters with history of on time payments.
Income check
Ensure Tenants can afford your property and avoid issues around rent payments. If income does not equal 2.5x the monthly rent you can have a guarantor apply to qualify
Criminal Background check
Keep your home safe and the neighborhood safe. A complete background check to include a search for criminal records may be conducted. A criminal charge or conviction may result in an applicant’s denial.
